Jeg fotograferede Linda Ronstadts live-udsendelse af Old Grey Whistle Test på New Victoria Theatre i London den 1. november 1976, hvor jeg arbejdede sammen med Whistle Test-produktionsteamet. Jeg tilbragte hele koncerten stående foran hende med mine kameraer. Linda syntes at stirre på mig det meste af tiden. Jeg var femogtyve og meget genert, og hun var usædvanligt smuk.
The black-and-white print pulls you right into that November night—you can almost hear the crowd between songs. The detail in her expression is sharp, even this many years later, like the camera was just a few feet away.
