The grain in this black-and-white shot feels like you’re standing in the crowd that night, and Greg Gaar really captured the raw energy of the Civic Center show. The photo itself has that authentic vintage quality, not a cleaned-up reprint, which is exactly what I wanted for my music room wall.

I hung this in my hallway and the black-and-white print looks sharp even up close. My only gripe is that it arrived rolled pretty tight, so I had to weigh it down for a few days before framing. For any Ramones fan, June 8, 1979 is a hell of a night to have on the wall.
