The grain and contrast in this black-and-white print really capture the smoky, raw energy of that Winterland night. Greg Garr’s shot makes you feel like you’re standing right there in the crowd in ’77. Frame’s already up in my hallway.

I've stared at the stage lighting and the band's movement for ten minutes straight, it's that immersive. Perfect piece for any Deadhead's wall.

The Grateful Dead’s March 18th show at Winterland is a personal favorite, and this print does it justice—Garr’s shot has that grainy, intimate feel of being right in the pit. I just wish the paper had a bit more weight to it, since it arrived slightly curled in the mail.
