Didn't expect the September 1969 date to matter much until I framed it next to my other live album shots. The black-and-white outtake has this loose, unposed feel the final liner photo didn't keep.

The grain and contrast in this black-and-white print really capture that raw 1969 energy—you can almost hear the Dead in the room. It arrived well-packaged and looks sharp framed next to my other music photos. This one’s going straight on the wall.
